Have Culinary Magic make paella at your next event. Taught in the lineage of the son of a shipwrecked Corsican Sailor who married the lighthouse keeper’s daughter, this 60-200 paella is a unique experience to behold and eat. Cooked on an open fire, there is an option to have the fire lit through friction fire (without a match).  The meat and shellfish is all locally sourced.
